PSC Kerala has two websites for recruiting candidates for various vacancies in Kerala Government service.One is called Kerala PSC Thulasi (thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in) and another is Kerala PSC Home(keralapsc.gov.in). Kerala PSC Thulasi is the place were candidate need to login using their User Id and Password and apply for various posts announced by Kerala PSC. Candidates who are registered through KPSC Thulasi registration process can login to their OTR profile using their User ID and Password which is created at the time of registration. - Go to the Public service commissions’ official website, ‘Kerala PSC Thulasi login page‘.
- Enter your User ID, Password and Access code visible on the right side of the page.

Kerala PSC Thulasi One Time Registration is the first step to start your career with Government of Kerala. All candidates who are interested in getting a government job need to register online through the One Time Registration process in Thulasi portal. Step by step guide for one time registration is given below, please go through each step carefully to avoid mistakes while applying for kerala government jobs:
- Please visit Kerala PSC (KPSC) Thulasi official website, thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in or go to the main psc website, www.keralapsc.gov.in and click on the “One Time Registration” link to enter kpsc thulasi portal.
- Click on the New Registration link visible on the right side of the page (Please see the image below).

As shown on the below images, there are 3 sections, Personal details, User ID & Password, Declaration. Please enter your details on each sections carefully. You must enter the fields like name, dob, gender etc. (fields marked with red asteric mark (*)). Fill the aadhar card number is available otherwise you can link it later.
- Fill the access code (captcha shown on the image) and accept the declaration by clicking on the check box provided at the end of the Kerala PSC Thulasi Registration form.
Kerala PSC Thulasi Registration From - As a final step of the registration, you will need to upload your photo and the signature. Candidates should assure that your image and signature is in the prescribed format before proceeding to registration. Please follow the below instructions to upload the photo and signature.

Important instructions to upload photo and signature
- Maximum Size of Image:- 30 Kb
- Image Dimension:- 150W X 200H px
- Image should be in JPG format
- Applicant name and date of photo taken must be inscribed (in two lines) in black color text with white rectangular background at the bottom of the Photograph.
- Maximum Size of Signature:- 30 Kb
- Signature Image Dimension:- 150W X 100H px
- Signature Image should be in JPG
- Scanned image of applicant signature put on a good quality white paper with blue/black ink.
How to Change Photo / Signature in OTR Profile
All candidates need to upload a scanned photo and signature at the time of registration. The height, width and other details of image and signature are discussed above. An uploaded photograph is valid for 10 years. Candidates can change the uploaded image 3 times in a year. To change the photo/ signature follow the below-given steps.
- Go to kpsc thulasi my profile page and select Change Photograph option to uploaded photo and change Signature option to change the signature.
- Select a new photo / signature from the gallery and upload.
Change One Time Registration Profile Details
If you need to add any new information like education details, change email id, phone number etc. or to change any wrong information entered in One Time Registration profile at the time of registration, can do online by some simple steps. Registered candidates can change the information or add new information through my profile.
- If you want to add educational details select educational qualification link. To change address select communication address and so.
- Note, candidates are not allowed to edit personal details. To change personal details candidates need to submit a request. The request form will be available to download in the OTR profile.
- Click on the registration card and select the “Print Correction Request Form” button to download the request form.
Registered candidates can change their password after login to the One Time Registration profile. Click on the Change Password link on the OTR profile.
- Enter the Old Password and New Password.
- Confirm the New Password and click on the “Change” button.
- After submitting the new password candidates can use the new password to login to the OTR profile.
What if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password after registration, Follow the below steps to reset.
- Click on the “forgot password?” link on the KPSC Thulasi home page. A new window will display after clicking the forgot password.
- Enter User ID, Date of Birth, Id Proof details.
- Enter the access code and click on the Reset Button.
- After successful password reset, your new password will be the first six characters of User ID followed by digits of date of birth (i.e. without / or -). For example: If your User ID is anilthiruvallam and date of birth is 21/11/1973 the new password will be anilth21111973.
Reset User ID/Password through SMS
To know you User ID through Kerala PSC Thulasi SMS system, sms KL USR and to reset your password sms KL USR RST USERID DATE_OF_BIRTH From your registered mobile number to 166 / 51969 / 9223166166.
Eg. to reset the password of user aniltvm with the date of birth 21/1/1983 the format will be KL USR RST aniltvm 21011983. After a successful reset, the new Password will be aniltv21011983. Don’t forget to change your password on your first login after resetting.
I have my User ID but do not remember my password.
You can reset your password and reuse the same User ID. Click the “forgot password?” link in the registration page and provide your UserID, Date of Birth, etc that you have already given during registration and the ID No of this Unique ID.
Kerala public service commission will publish all government job notifications on the Kerala psc official website. Registered candidates can log in to the Thulasi page and check the available Notifications. After log in to your Kerala PSC Thulasi One Time Registration Profile, New Kerala PSC Notifications will be seen on the screen. Click on the Notification button to view new notifications.
- The recent statewide/district wise notifications and the total number of vacancies will be displayed there. Select the respective notification to view post wise details and eligibility. Or candidates can directly enter the Category Number and quickly apply.
- If you select a notification, you can see all posts and category numbers. To check the eligibility click on the “Eligibility” button.
- If You are eligible for the respective vacancy it will show, you are eligible to apply for this post and click on the “Apply Now” button to apply. If you are not eligible it will show ineligible in a red box. To know the reason click on “why I am ineligible?”.
- Enter all required information and apply. After applying successfully, it will be marked as applied.
After applying for the available vacancies you can check your application details by clicking “My Applications” link on the right side of the profile.
To attend the applied examinations candidates should submit a confirmation before the last date. Only candidates who submit the confirmation successfully can download the Hall ticket. The Confirmation date and examination date will announce the KPSC through the official website. Follow the below-given steps to submit the confirmation to attend the examination.
- Select the “Confirmation for Exams” link on the OTR Profile
- The Active Confirmation Calls will show in the window.
- Click on the Confirmation button to submit confirmation.
- Candidates should submit your Confirmation for Writing the Examination before the date specified against each category.

The Admission Ticket for respective examinations will be available on your profile after the successful submission of confirmation. Admission Ticket will NOT be generated for those candidates who fail to submit the confirmation within the date and their application for the applied post will be summarily rejected. The date to download Kerala PSC Hall ticket will announce in the KPSC examination calendar of the respective month. Candidates can download KPSC Admission Ticket on the OTR profile, follow the below-given steps to download your Hall Ticket.
- Select the Admission Ticket on your profile.
- The available hall tickets information such as post name, exam date, time, venue, Landmarks nearest to the Center will be display.
- To download the hall ticket click on the pdf icon.
- Download all the pages of the KPSC Admission Ticket and read the enclosed instructions carefully.
Candidates can check their OMR examination marks online using Post Name and Registration Number. Visit KPSC Thulasi My Results page or click on the Kerala PSC Exam marks link psc.kerala.gov.in/onlinereact/.
- Select the Post name or enter the post name and category number.
- Enter your Register Number for the respective examination.
- Click on the show button to view your KPSC OMR Examination Mark.
